The living area has a 3-seater sofa, an armchair with footstool and a TV with Netflix. There is a small outdoor area for drying clothes and car parking space available.
The current flatmate is an architect working full-time in the office with the occasional work-from-home day. They are social and friendly, value a calm, relaxed home, play tag rugby twice a week and are looking for someone independent, respectful and happy to have their own space, who enjoys a peaceful home environment during the week.
