I am looking for a lodger to share my house in Redfield for 3 to 6 months, with the option to extend for the right person. The large, bright double bedroom is fully furnished with good-quality furniture, including a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage and a desk/workspace. It comes with a spacious private bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The house is on a quiet residential road in a good location for East Bristol, close to parks, independent cafés, pubs and restaurants. Temple Meads is a 10-minute cycle or 30-minute walk away, Lawrence Hill station is close by, there is free street parking and secure garden storage for one bike. All bills are included. I am a 33-year-old owner who works from home often, so I am looking for someone who works out of the house during the day. It is important to me that my lodger is clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of the house. The room would suit a professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-located home for a few months or longer.
