The room is nicely furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a dressing table with a round LED light sensor mirror. It overlooks the garden, ensuring a quiet environment. The shared bathroom is next to the room and is kept very clean. The house is beautifully decorated, cosy, clean, and tidy. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room, lounge, and garden. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, wine cooler, double oven with a 5-gas hob, and a built-in fridge freezer. The bathroom features tiled floors, a bath with a shower over, a sink, a large mirror, vanity storage, and a towel radiator. This is a relaxed, friendly, and sociable home where personal space is respected. All bills are included, and the housemate can even share their Netflix password. Viewings are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, or any evening after 6:30 pm. It is definitely worth viewing in person.
