We are looking for a new flatmate to join our 2-story top floor flat from the start of September. The available space is a single room with built-in storage. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, which includes a balcony. Permit parking is available. We live communally, sharing food and cookware, so a vegan lifestyle is essential. Our home is a queer, cosy space. We have a cat, so we cannot accommodate other cats or dogs, though other pets are open for discussion. The rent is £300 per month, with bills approximately £100 and a £300 deposit. DSS is accepted. We are looking for a queer, vegan flatmate who enjoys a communal living environment. Please note that we cannot host large, loud gatherings.
