We are subletting our two-bedroom house for five months, from 6 December 2026 to 6 May 2027, while we are abroad. The house has a double bedroom and a single bedroom that could also fit a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living and dining room.

The property is in a fantastic location just off Church Road, next door to Bristol Loaf and a short walk to St George's Park. The cycle path is close by, there are good bus links, and Lawrence Hill train station is not far away.

The house has recently been re-rendered, externally insulated, re-plastered and re-decorated inside. The rent is £1,500 per month including all bills except energy, which will be passed through at cost. Most of our belongings will be removed, so you can make it your own nest.

We are looking for someone who will care for the home as if it were their own. It is a family neighbourhood, so it is not suitable for parties. We are vegetarian, and we would like the house to remain so. We value social justice, climate action, politics, yoga and spirituality, and we hope to find someone who shares these values.
