Room to rent Pearson Street, Bury

Description

I'm looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room to sleep in. This is a relaxed, friendly house where it's nice to chat in the kitchen, watch something on the projector or have a drink together now and then, but there's no expectation to socialise all the time. If you'd rather shut your door and do your own thing, that's completely fine.

The room is a good-sized furnished double room with a proper double bed, under-bed storage, a bedside table with drawers and plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. It is ready to move into.

You'll have use of the rest of the house, including a dining area with bar seating, a living room with projector, a garden, a small home gym with bench and adjustable dumbbells, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and washing machine. There is a bathroom with a bath.

Aldi and the bus stop are about a 2-minute walk away, and the centre is roughly a 15-minute walk.

The household is LGBT-friendly with a chilled, non-judgemental vibe. Two small, friendly, house-trained dogs live here. If you have a pet yourself, message me and we can see whether it could work.

I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful, easy going, comfortable sharing a home and happy either to join in now and then or to do their own thing. Rent is £600 per month including bills, with a negotiable deposit. Minimum term 6 months. If it sounds right, send a message telling me a little about yourself, what you're looking for and when you'd like to move.
