They are gay, easygoing, and maintain a chilled, non-judgmental atmosphere. Two small lap dogs reside in the house. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. The ideal housemate is tidy, respectful, and communicative, someone who enjoys interacting but is also comfortable with their own company. Couples are not suitable, but pets may be considered. Smoking is permitted. A minimum stay of 6 months is required. The deposit is £650.00, and bills are included in the rent of £650pcm.
