Description
Feel at home in this lovely, large family holiday house, located just a short stroll from beautiful dog-friendly beaches. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers ample space for the whole family.
This spacious home features a large, well-equipped family kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a comfortable lounge dining area perfect for cozy indoor evenings. Outside, enjoy a large garden space with a private outdoor hot tub, ideal for warm summer evenings and BBQs.
Enjoy the private outdoor hot tub for an optional cost of £25 per night, capped at £100 per stay. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night. Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25, subject to availability. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night per pet, with a maximum of one pet allowed. The BBQ can be used but must be cleaned after use.
Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature, so it may not be usable on the first night. To maintain high standards, guests are required to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver of £30 per stay, covering up to £300 in accidental damage, or a refundable security deposit of £300. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Dogs are allowed but must be kept downstairs, be well-behaved, and are not allowed on the furniture.
Caister on Sea is a peaceful village just north of Great Yarmouth, a popular holiday destination. You'll find several local pubs, restaurants, and amenities nearby. The beautiful beach is the main attraction and an ideal starting point for lovely walks to Hemsby, Winterton, or Great Yarmouth.
