The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom includes built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath and shower. Bath and hand towels and travel-size toiletries are provided. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a 43-inch Smart TV, and the kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a washer/dryer.
A travel cot can be hired for £50 and a high chair for £30, to be requested during booking. Street parking is for local residents only, with short-term and overnight car parks within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Superfast Wi-Fi up to 250 Mb is available, and the property offers remote access with easy self-check-in.
Please remove shoes inside and place them in the cupboard in the entrance hall. Single-use toiletries for a couple of days, a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll are provided. Parties, events and smoking inside are not allowed, and neither are extra guests or pets. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out before 11 am. Please keep noise down, especially after 11 pm. A minimum £100 charge applies for lost or damaged keys. Guest verification via Truvi requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, with a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable GBP 40 damage waiver. Check-in details follow successful verification, and any deposit is refunded after your stay subject to inspection.
Centrally located in historic Cambridge, the home is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood close to cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. It is just off East Road, next to Anglia Ruskin University, Mill Road and Parkers Piece, and an easy walk to the colleges and attractions. Cambridge station is a 15-minute walk away and a National Express stop is 5 minutes away.
