A washing machine/dryer is also available for personal use. Enjoy the private balcony with seating for 4 persons, ideal for warm summer evenings.
Free dedicated parking for one car is available next to the apartment building, and visitor parking spots are also available within the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. A travel cot and high chair are available for hire at a cost of £50 for the pair, or £30 each individually. Basic toiletries, a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, toilet rolls, and kitchen roll are provided for your stay.
The apartment includes a dedicated working desk and a super-fast Wi-Fi connection (over 100Mbps), making it perfect for remote work.
Please note that parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbors. Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Guests are asked to remove shoes while inside the property and leave them in the entrance hallway. Remote self check-in is available for flexibility with arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Should any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property be discovered after check-out, an additional cleaning fee may be incurred.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The apartment is conveniently located just off Chesterton High street, offering easy access into the city center and the Science Park with good transport links close by. A Tesco Superstore is a 10-minute walk away across the River Cam. It's an 8-minute drive into the city center, with local attractions, Cambridge North station, and Addenbrooke's hospital easily accessible.
