Please be aware of the low ceiling on the entrance staircase and mind your head. The staircases within the property are quite narrow, making them unsuitable for guests with mobility issues, and may not be suitable for some children or elderly guests. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Safety equipment items are located prominently around the house and should not be misused or misplaced. Guests are asked to treat the home with respect as if it were their own. A refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 is required for potential damages during your stay.
