The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There are two bathrooms: one with a whirlpool bath and shower, and one with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
A travel cot with mattress is available free of charge; guests must bring their own sheets. On-street parking permits can be arranged for £9 per night, valid from 15 minutes before check-in until 15 minutes after check-out. For stays longer than 14 nights, a cleaning service is required every 14 nights at the guest's cost.
The property offers ultra-fast fibre WiFi and a clean workspace, ideal for working professionals.
Some street noise may be heard, particularly at weekends, and building works nearby may cause daytime noise. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours apply after 9 pm. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside; a £500 charge applies if evidence of smoking is found. Parking is available in the opposite car park, Holman's Meadow, at £1.80/hour (maximum £10 per day, with an overnight charge of £2 from 9 pm to 7:30 am). Towels should not be used to remove makeup or clean spills, and food and drink should be kept away from beds. Replacement costs may be charged for excessively stained or damaged bed linen or towels.
The house sits just outside the city walls, a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bars, shops, Canterbury town centre, the Cathedral, Westgate Gardens and the cobbled high street. The city is compact, making everything easily reached on foot.
