Two small pets (Chihuahua, Poodle, Terrier size) are welcome, with larger breeds and more than two pets considered at the owner's discretion. A cot and high chair are available for younger children. Free parking is available on the neighboring road.

The property has steep steps down to the front door and from the house to the beach, making it unsuitable for wheelchair access or those unstable on their feet. Children should be supervised. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Guests are required to complete a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages.
This property comes equipped with the following: 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 antibacterial spray, 1 kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, and 2 white bin liners.
