Shwmae! We're 2 housemates with an empty double room available in the 2-storey flat that we currently rent. The available bedroom is very large, with adequate room for a desk, chair and bookcases alongside the bed, wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables that the room comes furnished with. The room's ensuite features a shower cubicle, toilet and a sink. The flat boiler is in the ensuite, but it's silent and low-maintenance! The communal living room has a TV for us all to use. The dining area has 6 chairs should you wish to host! The living room has one double seater sofa, a large armchair and a sofa-bed for guests to stay over. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a main bathroom on the second floor, but 2 of the bedrooms have an ensuite so each tenant essentially has their own bathroom. Just off of Wellfield Road, we're seconds away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars and bus options. We share a building with Scaramantica Pizzeria, but the entrances are separate. Our entrance is communal with the other flats in the building, and our flat is on the first floor with stairs up to the second. We don't have any preferences on age or gender; we are a queer/ally household who are happy to hang out as a group but typically keep to ourselves. We don't have a garden if you have pets. Non-smokers and non-students preferred. I'm moving out to move in with my partner; I've loved living here and would recommend it gladly!
