Enjoy the central garden with a patio area and seating, and take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool, which utilizes a portable heater system that may result in non-uniform heating. The expansive garden invites you to soak up the sun on comfortable loungers, dine at the outdoor table, and enjoy music from the outdoor speakers. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue is available for preparing snacks. Pets are allowed for stays booked from May 8, 2024, onwards, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets should not be left unattended, and additional cleaning fees may apply for undisclosed pets or extra cleaning/damages.

Noise is not allowed after 8 p.m., and the pool is not to be used after 10 p.m. Any breach will result in a £1,000 charge. Lost or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee of a minimum of £150. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out are charged at £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted. Unauthorized extra guests and visitors are not allowed, with a penalty fee of a minimum of £150 per extra guest. Car details, including license plates and the total number of cars, must be provided to use the carpark; unauthorized vehicles will be asked to leave immediately. Guests can opt for a £1000 refundable security deposit or a £50 non-refundable damage waiver.
