The dining room, warmed by a stone feature fireplace, provides seating for up to 10 guests and access to a lovely, illuminated courtyard garden with BBQ and seating area.
Two well-behaved dogs are allowed with an additional fee of £49 per dog per week and two free kayaks and paddleboards are available for guest use. Parking is available at the Kingsand carpark less than 25m away, and cars can be parked at the top of the village for free. A large passing bay is available outside the neighbor's property for unloading.
The living/dining area includes a television with Sky package and Netflix, plus a handy range of over 100 books, and over 30 indoor and outdoor board games.
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price, but please bring your own beach towels.
Situated seconds from the sea and ideally located in the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, this home is within a stone's throw of both Kingsand and Cawsand beaches. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes from weddings at Polhawn Fort.
