We offer clean, quiet, furnished rooms in a house share. As landlords, we have a great reputation for looking after our tenants and properties, with a housemaid and groundsman to help with communal areas. All rents include utility bills and Faster Fibre Wi-Fi. The minimum stay is 6 months. All our houses are licensed and regularly inspected by the local authority. A large double room is available from 1st October 2026 for a single person at £700 per month and £700 advance. The property is a 5-minute walk from the bus station, train station, and town centre, with a Tesco Express nearby. We require references, including 3 months of bank statements, a reference from your place of work, your landlord, and a criminal background check. We do not allow smokers or heavy drinkers, and youngsters are not allowed on the property at any time. Please reply telling us about yourself.
