The main bedroom boasts an open-plan en suite with a freestanding bath and a 50" smart TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a unique viewpoint overlooking the kitchen galley. The living room includes a grand piano and a desk for a workspace. Efficient central heating and underfloor heating downstairs ensure warmth, and a gas fire is also present.
This property is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, with an additional fee of £30 per pet to cover extra cleaning. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied for younger guests for an additional cost of £20 per stay. The washer and dryer are located in the 3rd bedroom.
A desk is available in the living room that can be used as a workspace.
Please be aware that the bathroom and main bedroom have low ceilings, and there is also a low beam in the 3rd bedroom above the bed. The gas fire in the living room is currently out of order. Candles in the lounge are for aesthetic purposes only and should not be lit. No parties are allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, kept off beds and soft furnishings, and any fouling must be cleared up immediately. Muddy paws must be cleaned before entering the house, and dogs must not be left alone on the property. Bookings are subject to a verification process. Smoking is not allowed.
