The living room has a TV with Netflix, a wood burning stove, a desk by the window and a couple of sofas.
The kitchen has plenty of table space, your own cupboard and everything you need, including a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.
Outside there is space for a car on the shared drive, a medium-sized garden with table, chairs and a lounging area, and bike storage. The garden is home to hedgehogs, swifts, bees and bats.
Transport links: 15 minutes by car to the climbing works, 15 to the Peak District, 20 to Sheffield and 10 to Chesterfield. Dronfield station is 8 minutes by car, and Chesterfield station is 7. The 10 bus route runs nearby.
I am looking for someone to be part of my cosy home. I am a busy teacher, so I am looking for someone who is happy with quiet evenings during the week. I want a home where people feel comfortable and at home. I love sharing cooking and chatting but also enjoy my own space at times, and I respect others doing the same.
