On the ground floor, there is a small anteroom with a single futon sofa and TV, a separate shower room, and a utility room with a washer and dryer.
Parking for one small/medium-sized car is available in the garage, and there is an EV charger. Additional parking is available in the public car park located adjacent to the property. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning.
There is a separate desk area in the sitting room for those who may need to work whilst on their break.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained, and should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please clear up after them around the property and clean muddy paws before they are allowed in the house. Please do not leave them alone in the property. Smoking is not allowed.
This lovely, centrally located townhouse is great for enjoying the fantastic shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions such as Chichester Festival Theatre. It's also convenient for events at Goodwood, the beaches of the Witterings, and the rest of Chichester Harbour.
