Off-road parking for one car is available. You will share the family three-piece bathroom with the landlady, who has her own en-suite. Bills are included. The landlady is a live-in professional who is friendly and sociable but respects everyone's own space. We are looking for a female lodger who is respectful, clean and tidy. Non-smokers only, with no couples, children or other animals. Liking cats is a must, as there is an affectionate indoor cat; a commitment to keeping the cat indoors and occasionally feeding him while the landlady is away is required. Vegetarian or vegan preferred. Available from 2 January 2027 with a minimum term of 3 months and a deposit of £500.
