I am looking for a lodger to share my four-bedroom home. I live here with my two friendly dogs. The available double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and side tables. The house is an older build featuring a south-facing garden and views of the canal bridge. You will have access to a large living room and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, oven, and fridge-freezer. We will share the first-floor bathroom, and there is an additional downstairs toilet. Parking is available with four spaces at the front. All bills are included in the rent. I am seeking a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. Please note that smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the home.
