The room can be available longer if you are away over the Christmas period. The rent is 750 per calendar month and includes all bills. The flat has a huge balcony/terrace with spectacular city views, a small gym and underground parking. The rent covers the bedroom, en-suite bathroom and shared access to the kitchen; the sitting room is for the owner only. The room is let below market price. We are looking for a quiet, mature postgraduate or professional, ideally 30 or over, to share with the owner, a professional in their 40s who lives a very quiet life. This is not suited to party-minded people or anyone who wants to have guests over. No couples or sharers, and no virtual viewings: candidates must meet in person first.
