I am seeking a live-in lodger for the second double bedroom in my three-bedroom flat. I work full-time, splitting my time between the office and home, and enjoy spending time outdoors with my Border terrier, Bracken. The flat features a large lounge/dining area, a kitchen with a window, and a study/guest room, which I maintain. We will share the lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and study/guest room, and I welcome occasional shared meals. Utilities are included in the rent, though I may reevaluate the bills if they are unusually high. It's important for me that my flatmate is clean and tidy, and comfortable around my dog. I prefer females aged 27 to 56, and I'm not accepting couples or pets. The room is available from September 1st, 2026, with a minimum stay of two months.
