A washer-dryer is available in the unit. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with travel-sized toiletries, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided for the first couple of days.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or for late check-out. A fee of £100 will be applied for late checkout. There will be a fee for lost keys, £100, and a fee of £50 will be charged for a call-out if keys are forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. This is a non-smoking property. Please respect the building and be considerate regarding noise levels.
From 24 July 2026, the City of Edinburgh will introduce a Visitor Levy of 5% on paid overnight accommodation for the first 5 nights of a stay.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
