Feel at home in this bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the third floor in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful New Town. Please note, there is no lift in the building.
This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, along with plenty of cookware and kitchen essentials. The living room offers a Smart TV for your entertainment. For your convenience, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are provided. Guests also have access to a shared garden.
Paid parking is available on the premises, with additional paid on-street parking nearby.
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for both work and leisure stays.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. There is a £100.00 charge for lost or broken keys, and a £30.00 charge for early check-in or late check-out without permission, or for not returning keys to the key safe. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down; no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers are recommended. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. For stays from 24 July 2026 onwards, a Visitor Levy (tourist tax) of 5% of the accommodation cost will be applied to the first 5 nights of your stay.
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. A limited amount of consumables will be provided to start your stay.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
