The second bedroom features a dedicated workspace with a reliable set-up for remote working or study.

Parking is free in Pay and Display bays on Saturdays and Sundays only. Guests are responsible for checking all local street signage, as parking restrictions are in place Monday through Friday. Additional towels or linen can be arranged in advance for an extra charge.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. A £100 fee will be applied for lost keys, and a £50 charge for a call-out if keys are forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. A £100 charge will be applied for late checkout. Complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided, along with a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. Guests are asked to respect the building and be considerate regarding noise levels. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Situated just a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh’s historic city centre and the vibrant Stockbridge neighbourhood, this is in a well-connected residential area. Enjoy easy access to local cafes, bakeries, shops, and eateries on Easter Road and Leith Walk. Nearby highlights include Calton Hill for panoramic city views, and the St James Quarter for shopping, dining, and cinema. Edinburgh Old Town, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Princes Street are easily reachable by foot or bus. Excellent bus connections are close by, and Waverley Station is around 15-20 minutes away, with easy access to trams and main city routes.
