The flat is very bright and welcoming, with window seats on every window, and is double glazed. It is located on the third floor with a lift in the building. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. There is an allocated parking space. The monthly rent is £625 plus bills (usually £80-£100 per month without council tax). Council tax band D. You would be moving in with a student, so if you are also a student, this won't be relevant.

About you: Any gender, preferably between 25-35. Ideally a student for council tax reasons. Open to being pals with your flatmate but respectful of each other's space. The flat is social but definitely more a games night/dinner with pals vibe than a party flat. Generally clean and tidy in shared spaces. Preferably looking for someone looking to stay at least a year.
