A lovely flatmate is moving out, and I am seeking someone to take over her tenancy in a 2-bedroom flat. The flat features a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen, and is in council tax band D. I work full time and enjoy crafts, movies, and reading, so I'm looking for a tidy professional flatmate who can share cleaning duties. While I welcome friends over with prior communication, please note this isn't a party flat due to my long work hours. The minimum term is six months, with no maximum. I require a deposit of £875. Bills are not included and it is not suitable for students or couples. I prefer female flatmates without pets or smoking.
