I am moving out of my room in Southside and will be away from November 2026 until the end of March 2027, then out of Scotland from April until the start of July 2027. I will most likely move out fully after July 2027, so I am open to short or longer term flatmates. I am looking for a kind and considerate person to rent my room while I am away and keep my plants alive.
The room is a large double room with a sofa, desk, coffee table and wardrobe, with plenty of storage and space. Some of my belongings will stay in the room.
You would be joining three flatmates. We are an easy going flat who enjoy hanging out, going to the pub, watching movies on the projector, cooking and going to gigs, but we are also independent and like doing our own thing.
The room costs 500 per month, not including bills (council tax, utilities, wifi).
