The master bedroom includes a luxurious double bed with high hotel-quality linen and ample storage, while the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath, sink, and toilet.
A travel cot is available on request for an additional fee, and bedding for the cot is not included. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no guarantee of a space.
The property is set up for remote access, ensuring a seamless work-from-home experience.
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am. There will be a fee for lost keys (£100) and for being locked out (£50). Please respect the building and be considerate of noise levels. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. The City of Edinburgh will introduce a Visitor Levy of 5% on paid overnight accommodation from 24 July 2026, applied to the first 5 nights of a stay.
The property is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the stunning sunset over the sea to end your day in the most calm way.
