We are looking for a lodger to join our flat starting November 20th for a 5-month period, with the possibility of renewal. You will be sharing the bright flat with a professional couple. The available bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, and a desk. You will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, KitchenAid, and dryer. The flat features a private garden with a terrace, barbecue, bench, and table. Parking is available via a driveway. Rent is £700 per month, with all bills included. We are looking for someone who cleans regularly. We are a chill couple who enjoy walks, board games, and hikes. Please note that this is not suitable for students.
