Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for both work and leisure stays.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £100.00 charge applies for lost or broken keys and key call-outs, and a £30.00 charge for early check-in, late check-out without permission, or failing to return the keys to the key safe. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down, with no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes or slippers only. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving, lock all doors and windows and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Guest verification through Truvi is required before check-in. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, with a choice of a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable GBP 40 damage waiver. Check-in information is provided once verification is complete.
