We are looking for a friendly, quiet, professional female flatmate, ideally 28+, who enjoys a clean, tidy, respectful, and peaceful home. A conventional Monday-Friday working routine, broadly around 9-5, and normally out at work during the day would work best. A hybrid/weekday arrangement could also work well, for example, someone who needs accommodation in Edinburgh for around four nights a week while working in the city. The room is available on a flexible short-to-medium-term basis, from a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months. Non-smokers only, please. No pets.
