A room in a shared flat is available for rent from January 1st to March 30th. The flat is fully provisioned with bedding and crockery/pots and pans etc. There is gas central heating, a combi boiler replaced this year. The bathroom has just been upgraded. The electricity inspection has just been done and a few upgrades were put in to ensure absolute safety. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is quite roomy yet cosy and there's an airing cupboard to help with drying clothes. There's a parking space available for anyone with a car and it's literally 4 mins walk to the station. The area has lots of local shops, a supermarket, coffee places and restaurants. It's about a ten min walk from Lidl, and the Dalry Swim Centre is close by.

This is not suitable for couples or 2 friends due to HMO regulations. There will be one ongoing mature student lodger in the other room. Preference for another student to make it work with the 0 council tax. But in case of a great applicant I can work out the council tax issue.
