I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and independent flatmate to share my flat in Leith. The room is a comfortable double, and the flat offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I'd ideally like someone who enjoys a chat or the occasional coffee but is equally happy doing their own thing. High-speed Wi-Fi and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Sky Sports are included, and rent includes bills. Transport links are excellent, with the flat directly on the number 11 bus route and within easy reach of the 10, 7, 14 and 21 services. I'm a driving instructor with an interest in music production, photography, judo, cycling and skating. We're a quiet household, so I'm looking for someone clean, reliable and respectful of shared spaces. The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly and people from all backgrounds are welcome. I'm learning Italian, so an Italian-speaking flatmate would be a lovely bonus, though not essential.
