We are Jaz, Mark and Katie and we are looking for a new flatmate for our amazing flat. The flat is on the 4th story of a modern block and has a lift. It is super central, a few seconds walk away from Lothian Road, with restaurants, bars, pubs, theatres, cinemas nearby. The city centre is within comfortable walking distance, and buses are available from Shandwick Place or Princes Street. Waverley Train Station and Haymarket are also walkable.

There are 3 of us in the flat at the moment and we are looking for one more. We have one room with en suite (already taken) and 3 double rooms with a communal bathroom that the rest of us share. The living room is large and comfortable with a smart TV and a big dining table.

The rent is currently c.£493.33 per calendar month, plus bills of approximately £115 - £130 per month. This includes: broadband, energy, council tax (Band F) and TV licence.

We are looking for a male to join us to keep an equal balance of girls and boys. We are looking for someone who keeps fairly normal working hours so we don't disturb each other and if you are clean and tidy, we will love you. No students!
