Enjoy meals in the airy dining area. Relax on the plush sofa in the living room and watch your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV with on-demand apps. Wi-Fi runs throughout the entire apartment.

Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables are provided to start your stay.

The living room includes a Smart TV with on-demand apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and more. Books are also available.

The fireplace shown in the living room photo is not for use. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down, with no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers only are permitted. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, ensure all doors and windows are locked and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £100.00 charge will be applied for lost or broken keys and key call-outs. A £30.00 charge will be applied for early check-in or late check-out without permission, or for not placing keys back in the key safe on departure. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. From 24 July 2026, Edinburgh will introduce a Visitor Levy of 5% on paid overnight accommodation for the first 5 nights of a stay.
The whole space is available for guests to use.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Nestled in the heart of the city, this apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Fountain Park, offering cinema, restaurants, and fitness facilities. A 10-minute walk leads to the beautiful Union Canal, perfect for morning strolls, and a 15-minute walk brings you to Princes Street & the Old Town. Excellent bus and tram connections are also nearby.
