In this house share, you must be working or studying from home during the week. In exchange for a £100 monthly contribution to bills, the arrangement involves dog-sitting duties. You'll need experience with dogs, including four morning walks on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, plus full dog-sitting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The spacious house features two showers, two lounges, and a large garden. There’s free on-street parking, and it's close to good amenities.

The current household consists of two females who are professionals with interests in music, yoga, and nature. Vegetarian lifestyle is preferred with no red meat or caged eggs allowed. The house is under renovation. The room is available from August 19, 2026, for a minimum of four months. A £150 deposit applies, with some bills included.
