Description

This is a room in a quiet, friendly house share. The property features two showers, two lounges, and a large garden. It offers great transport links with frequent buses to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Free street parking is available nearby, along with amenities like swimming pools and gyms. The house is currently undergoing renovation with some decorating expected. The rent includes a weekly dog-sitting commitment, requiring the tenant to work or study from home on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and to have experience with dogs. Morning walks are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. The tenant must genuinely enjoy dogs and be comfortable with a mostly vegetarian household, with no red meat or caged eggs.
