We are looking for a female flatmate in her mid to late 20s who prefers quiet evenings, as we enjoy cooking, puzzles, and watching TV series together rather than going out. Monthly costs include £40 for council tax and approximately £70 for bills, including WiFi. The flat remains warm in winter and well-ventilated in summer. On-street permit parking is available, and bikes can be stored safely in the close.
