I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my bright room in a spacious flat. This flat features shared spaces, including a large kitchen/living area, a lobby, and a bathroom. The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, storage unit, desk, office chair, bedside unit, and an armchair with a footrest. It's a peaceful, south-facing space with plenty of light, located slightly off the main road, minimizing street noise. You'll be living with two lovely 30-year-old women, one a PhD scientist with various crafts, and the other working for a charity and an avid theatre lover. Shared garden access and proximity to the Meadows are additional perks. We seek a flatmate mindful of one deaf resident. Viewings will start from July 6th. Minimum stay is 6 months, and the room is available from August 1st.
