We are two final-year PhD students looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share our home. Move-in is available from 28 August, ideally around 16 September. Our house is centrally located in Edinburgh, just a minute from the tram stop, five minutes to Waverley Station, and three minutes to St James Quarter. It's a quiet and comfortable space, perfect for studying or working. We are an international couple (Scottish and Korean) expecting to finish around April 2027. We're hoping to find someone to stay for about 6-8 months, ideally a student or young professional. We value cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.
