A room is available from mid December in our second-floor flat in Newhaven. The flat is close to the sea and parks, and within a 10-minute cycle or bus ride of Leith Walk. The rent is £500 per month, with bills and council tax usually around £110 on top. The room is a good size, and furniture can be discussed; the room currently contains different furniture from what is pictured. Couples are welcome at £750 per month, excluding bills. We are two women, both 27, who are outdoorsy, creative and work full time. We would like a relaxed, clean and tidy flat, but are also keen on socialising, dinner parties and spending time together. We are looking for someone with experience of living with others who cares about shared spaces. Get in touch if you are interested or know someone who might be.
