This apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, complete with pots, pans, and utensils. Relax in the living room on the plush sofa and watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV with Chromecast. For your convenience, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are available. Fresh towels and travel-size toiletries are provided, along with hotel-quality linen for the queen bed in the first bedroom and the double bed in the second bedroom.
Permitted parking is available, free after 6 pm on weekdays and free on weekends. Your parking space is not reserved within the building complex. For additional parking options, the yourparkingspace website can be consulted. Guests are responsible for checking local street signage to avoid parking penalty fines. Mid-stay cleans, fresh linen, and towels can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables are provided to start your stay.
WiFi runs throughout the entire apartment.
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £100.00 charge will apply for lost or broken keys, and key call-outs. A £30.00 charge will be applied for early check-in or late check-out without permission, or for not placing keys back in the key safe. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down; no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers only are permitted. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, ensure all doors and windows are locked and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. For stays from 24 July 2026 onwards, a Visitor Levy (tourist tax) of 5% of the accommodation cost before VAT will be charged for the first 5 nights of your stay.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
