Description

Two fully furnished rooms are available, each with a study desk and chair. Both rooms feature bunk beds and can accommodate two people each. Half board is offered. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas, but pets are not permitted.

Monthly rent is £1300 with a refundable deposit of half a month's rent. Full refund of the initial payment is possible when cancelling 60 days or more before check-in, with a 50% refund between 30 and 59 days before check-in. Cancellations made 29 days or less before check-in are non-refundable, as is the Spotahome fee once a booking is confirmed.

The booking process is entirely online, with verified homes and landlords. After submitting your booking request, you can expect a response from the landlord in less than 24 hours. Upon acceptance, you will be charged and connected with the landlord to arrange move-in details. You have 24 hours from arrival to report any significant discrepancies between the listing and the property. Notice must be given at least 30 days in advance to change your departure date, unless your contract states otherwise. Minimum stay is 1 month, with no maximum stay.
