I am looking for two flatmates for two spare double rooms in my flat. The first room will be available from August 1, and the second from September 1. Room 1 is bright and spacious, located at the front with a wardrobe and drawers, while Room 2 offers views of the shared garden at the back and comes with a closet for storage. The flat features a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a bathroom. You will be living with me, a 26-year-old chemistry PhD student originally from Italy. I prefer postgraduate students for council tax reasons but am open to working professionals willing to cover it. We have a friendly atmosphere, enjoy cooking or watching movies together, and value a clean, relaxing space. The flat is approximately a 20-minute walk to the Meadows and Holyrood Park.
