The recently renovated apartment features a modern walk-in shower, WC, and basin in the bathroom, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cookware and kitchen essentials. For relaxation, the living area offers a Smart TV for enjoying your own streaming accounts.

This apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Mid-stay cleans and fresh linen and towels can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables are provided to start your stay.

Please note that this property does not have a lift or elevator, and access is via stairs only. Guests are reminded that lost or broken keys will incur a £100.00 charge, and early check-in or late check-out without permission will result in a £30.00 charge. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep noise down, with no noise permitted after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers are required, and guests should use table mats and coasters to protect furniture. When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked and the thermostat is turned down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
For stays from 24 July 2026 onwards, guests will be required to pay a Visitor Levy (tourist tax) of 5% of the accommodation cost for the first 5 nights of their stay.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
