Description

Looking for someone to stay in my room from April 1 to June 30 while I am in Japan. The room comes as is, with a computer and projector. It features a semi-ensuite bathroom connected directly to the room and shared with flatmate James. There’s also a second bathroom with a large bathtub. Mrs. Dog is included; she needs feeding and care for her litter box, which I will provide supplies for. She’s friendly and cuddly, being half Siberian and half Maine Coon. There are three other flatmates: James, Charlotte, and Amir, all busy with studies and work. After June, the largest room may become available for permanent rent at 800, with bills around 50. Note: non-students will need to cover council tax, approximately 2700 a year, with student discounts available. This flat share is located in Zone E, Edinburgh.
