The property is also situated on the edge of Pilrig Park, offering easy access to the Water of Leith paths, ideal for running and cycling.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a large rug, a spacious wardrobe, and a chair. You will have mostly private access to the main bathroom, which is an en-suite.

The spacious living room features a large corner sofa and a TV with various subscriptions. A large dining table with seating for six is also available.

The flatmate, a 29-year-old Chocolatier, offers 24/7 free chocolate. Please note that the kitchen is used for recipe testing during weekdays, so it may be out of action for a few hours. The preference is for someone who does not work from home every day or understands these kitchen limitations.

The property is dog-friendly as the flatmate often dogsits. All bills are included. Shorter lets are preferred, but longer lets will be considered for the right person. Couples are considered with an additional fee for short-term lets.
