This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, and toaster, along with pots, pans, crockery, and cooking utensils. The cosy living room offers a Smart TV with on-demand apps. For your convenience, a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer are provided.
Free street parking is available, including electric vehicle charging spaces, and an additional free public car park is a 5-minute walk away. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for every stay, along with complimentary travel-size toiletries. Mid-stay cleans and fresh linen and towels can be booked for an additional fee.
The apartment is accessed via stairs, with no lift, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. There is a £100.00 charge for lost or broken keys and key call-outs. A £30.00 charge will be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down; no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers only are recommended. Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, please make sure to lock all doors and windows and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
For stays from 24 July 2026 onwards, guests staying in paid overnight accommodation in Edinburgh will be required to pay a Visitor Levy (tourist tax), introduced by the City of Edinburgh Council. The levy is charged at 5% of the accommodation cost before VAT and applies to the first 5 nights of your stay.
Enjoy a quiet location surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars, with the promenade at the end of the street and Portobello Beach just steps away. A direct bus link from a stop a 3-minute walk away provides easy access to Edinburgh city centre.
