My spacious and comfortable en suite double room will be available from the second semester or earlier, with the entry date negotiable. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and armchair. The flat has a shared kitchen with all appliances, including a washing machine. I live here with my son (25) and a friendly black cat. The flat is conveniently located, about a 20 minute walk to the University of Edinburgh's Old Town Campus and 25 minutes to King's Buildings Campus. The No. 9 bus to King's Buildings stops within a 10 minute walk. Edinburgh College of Art is a 20 minute walk away and Napier University Merchiston Campus is 10 minutes away. All major UK supermarkets are within easy walking distance. It is a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. I have been a live-in landlady for the past two years and have enjoyed sharing my home with people from different backgrounds.
